sigContact
Use the information you have
sigContact is a utility that runs alongside outlook.
It processes your emails, extracting the email "signatures" that people add to the bottom.
This information is placed into Microsoft Outlook contact records which are stored in a separate folder.
At your convienence, you review these. Then you simply drag and drop them into your regular contacts folder. You also get a written report (HTML)
that highlights what is new and where there are conflicts.
With sigContact you can:
Stop digging through your emails to get addresses, phone numbers, and web site information.
Save time. Cutting and pasting from email takes time. Time that you could spend doing more profitable things.
Sieze opportunities. Most of us do not keep our contact information up to date. Having the information in contact
records, where it belongs, can mean that you return a phone call more promptly or get that Holiday card in the mail.
For mobile professionals, sigContact allows you to leverage the tools you already have. Once your phone numbers and addresses are in outlook,
services you already use push that information to your phone or PDA.
It's your information. Put it to work.
The best way to find out more is to try it. Check out our download page. We also have screenshots and a sample report.

Details and Requirements
sigContact requires Windows and Microsoft Outlook. It does not run with Outlook Express.
sigContact is an add-on not an add-in: Add-ons run alongside
other software; add-ins are actually plugged-in in some fashion.
Add-ins are convenient: you get one program, buttons on the outlook tool bar etc.
But add-ins do not always play well together. This can slow things down and
sometimes cause stability problems.
Our target customers take their email very seriously. We "get it." By creating
an add-on instead of an add in, we traded off ease of use for data safety and performance.
We think this is the right long term strategy for happy and satisfied customers.
